Non-Structural Framing
This can include any steel or wood framing that does not require engineering, such as beams and bearing walls. Our services can include partition walls, bulkhead framing, and coffered ceilings, and possibly other small framing requests.

Insulation
We offer full scope insulation services. This includes loose fill fiberglass or cellulose attics, all spray foam applications, and thermal and sound batt insulation with vapour barrier and acoustic sealant. Our requirements for your building envelope meet or exceed building code standards.

Drywall
We offer full scope drywall services and have access to the materials you need to make your project the way you want it. We use sag-resistant ceiling drywall, mold and water-resistant bathroom drywall, tile backer, fire-rated drywall, sound-resistant drywall, and standard board.

Taping & Finishing
We will finish your project to exceed your expectations. We supply all taping services, leaving your walls and ceilings in excellent condition for paint.

Texture
We can install almost any kind of texture including standard (popcorn), splatter, and knockdown. We can also finish your ceilings for paint, either to the same standard as the walls for a flat paint application, or to a stunning level five finish with a flawless, consistent finish throughout.

Paint
We offer full paint services for all our work, including prime and two coats of finish on walls and trim. We unfortunately do not offer any staining services currently.

Cleanup
Our goal is to leave every site in better condition than we found it. We take care of the removal of all scrap and waste from our sites and all floors are left scraped and swept for the next crew. We do not leave mud droppings and dust all over your window frames or bathtubs, either.
